Learning to think is an undervalued skill.

The world praises those who take action even when the ladder they are about to climb is leaning against the wrong wall.

It’s a thin line. Analyzing a decision and becoming paralyzed in front of it. Whoever learns to think without fearing to act, takes advantage in life.

I have met very intelligent people working for someone who is not well educated. Shouldn’t this be the other way around? In my logic who knows more is who should give the orders. But that’s not how things work.

Life rewards those who take action and take risks, not those who pursue the safe path for fear of what might go wrong.

That’s why the owner earns more than the employee, even if the employee is the one with the diplomas and the owner hasn’t even finished high school. When it comes to business, in the real world, the papers do not matter.

This is a simple lesson learned people learn late in life regarding business: Your diplomas are multiple zeros in someone else’s bank account.

It depends on the country where you live, perhaps being an employee allows you to live the life you want without the headache of running a company, but still why not try to be the owner and create the…
